"Sovereignty is not something you rent." — Karpus Maximus $PLTR + Armada 💪 Armada builds shipping-container data centers for remote and hostile environments. Microsoft-backed, $200M+ raised, and they've already delivered one to the U.S. Navy. Governments and big companies want to run AI on hardware they own, inside their own walls. A new data center can take years to build. Armada can set one up anywhere there's power and have it running in months, even completely cut off from the internet. Palantir's software now runs on that hardware. The customer owns all of it, and it's built in the U.S. and allied nations. Buy the Best, Ignore the Rest.® $200 inbound 🚀

Surf Air Mobility just signed its first commercial contract for its $PLTR powered software, OperatorOS, with Sprintbach Aviation. Before this, OperatorOS only ran Surf Air's own fleet. The FAA signed off on it as an official system of record. Now, for the first time, another operator is paying to use it. Sprintbach is that first outside operator. Surf Air takes a cut of revenue on every flight managed through the platform. The goal: five operators live by year-end. Classic Karp playbook in a fragmented industry: take the operator's own data, turn it into the operating system, then sell that system back to everyone else — every new customer making the platform harder to leave.😃💯 https://t.co/sosSZUqPnU

$PLTR dropped four announcements this morning, but the one that interests me most is the tie up with @JensenHuang. Here's the deal. $NVDA is running its own supply chain – the one tracking over a million parts per server rack across thousands of suppliers – through Palantir's software, paired with Nvidia’s own Nemotron AI models. This is important for two reasons. First, Palantir’s ontology organizes the mess while Nemotron does the reasoning. Second, Nvidia is testing this on itself first to prove it works on the hardest supply chain in the industry before rolling it out to customers in manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and aerospace. Super smart! I can’t wait to see what happens next. All of this, mind you, landed the same morning Palantir kicked off AIPCon 11, its customer conference – Cisco, L3Harris, Novartis, and the FAA all took the stage. Oh, and Palantir also rolled out a free cyber-defense program for municipalities and utilities, and deepened its Japan partnership with Fujitsu. Talk about a “Buy the best, Ignore the Rest®” choice. $PLTR Hooyah! 😀👏

When I first began my career, the rule was don't fight the Fed, but these days it's more like don’t even pay attention to the Fed. Meetings like today are increasingly like watching the grass grow or paint dry. If you want fireworks, it's far more entertaining and valuable to watch people like @JensenHuang , @LisaSu Alex Karp, @elonmusk, and Jamie Dimon – leaders of companies with profit potential no matter what the Fed does next. 🤦‍♂️ $NVDA $AMD $PLTR $TSLA $JPM Keith's Investing Tip: Stop trying to trade the Fed's next move. You can't, and honestly, neither can they. If there’s ever a reminder to stay focused, this is it. The world’s best CEOs are focused on making money, no matter what. And, I submit, that’s what WE as investors want to be thinking about too.

$PLTR's AIP Bootcamps are now routinely delivering production use cases in 5 days. Sovereignty Bootcamps just pulled in nearly 200 organizations in under 30 days. Defense primes and enterprises are no longer piloting for months — they’re embedding AI at the acquisition and architecture stage. The demand signal is unmistakable: decision velocity commands a premium. Faster proof-of-concept → broader buy-in → platform lock-in → margin expansion as usage scales. We're seeing the Sixth Wave in action. Software accelerating the world — and the firms that move first are pricing decades of institutional advantage into a single fiscal year. And we're still in early innings.
