Everyone knows I’ve been bullish on $NBIS since early last year but they keep giving me more reasons to get even more bullish. $NBIS up 8% today (it’s still our biggest position). Not sure if it’s up from the SemiAnalysis platinum grade OR some of the sell side notes today including an upgrade to “buy” at BNP. Here are the first 4 pages of BNP’s 24 page report. Fwiw, I’ve been in $NBIS since the $20s and even though the stock is up 10x from those buys, I’m significantly more bullish today because we know a lot more than we did 18+ months ago when I first started that position. It’s worth noting this analyst has $NBIS at $15 of EPS in CY2029 which is halfway between my base case model and bull case model, it’s also 2x higher than the current consensus numbers. IMO, $NBIS is executing better than anyone else right now and I suspect that continues. Management’s 3-5 year target for EBIT margins was 20-30% however a lot has changed since then… I bet their 3-5 year target is now 30-40% EBIT margins which makes the stock even more compelling to own. I really hope $NBIS is doing some of the asset light deals they announced this summer which included brief commentary on the Q2 earnings call… we still have limited information on the structure of these deals and the potential impact on ARR … but this is the perfect time to partner with smaller neoclouds and bare metal PSPs that have spare capacity to help them get $40-60M per MW using the $NBIS tech stack… because the compute market is obviously very tight while demand remains very strong… I suspect supply will get even tighter and compute will get even more expensive once the VeraRubin’s start to hit the market.

Wow. $NBIS hiking rates an average of 20% which is only happening because there are still significant compute constraints across the ai ecosystem. This means there’s a decent chance that $NBIS is now doing short term customer deals at $60M+ per MW which means we could we customer deals for Vera Rubin at $80M+ per MW.
