@BlakeC “You said they’re betting on live because of AI.” I did not say that. I said: “Apple betting on humans as AI invades the music industry.”

My latest Above Avalon article, found below, goes over everything there is to know. https://t.co/eqetgyzHlu

There is a lot of unease in the market which leads to coiled springs and momentum trades. However, I think there is a deeper feeling starting to build across Wall Street. I believe the market has begun to predict that the Big Tech capex arms race will cool. This is providing some “relief” for names that had been pressured for a good 18 to 24 months. I discussed my thesis in greater detail in the following @InsideOrchard essay: https://t.co/Bn87TMjbZc

We saw quite the change in U.S. politics take place right at this exhibit's peak data point. In addition, popular services like Apple News *can* be playing a role. Social media algorithms have also been penalizing link-outs for years.
View original →@dsotti It’s not semantics lol. It’s the reason Apple is Apple and other companies…aren’t.
View original →@dsotti Innovation is something that adds value to people’s lives. Apple’s goal has been to add innovation to every new iPhone. It’s one of the defining ways to measure success. Improved durability thanks to materials and other changes is one form of innovation.
View original →Year-over-year iteration that compounds over time is one way Apple beats the competition. It’s very difficult to respond to genuine innovation being added every year without fail. https://t.co/mjSLGZn5DF

Apple will be one of Oura's biggest headaches going forward. Oura now has to try to explain away the deeper move into proactive health monitoring that Apple unveiled two weeks ago. Here's my @InsideOrchard essay on why Oura's IPO is giving me déjà vu: https://t.co/QnZA1lgL3q
